Reddish image via HDMI

I have a brand new LE40B535 and after the use of a single day, but I have a strong red color on all HDMI sources. I used to reset everything, but there is no result would be similar. I am also having the same problem on two new (Series 4 and Series 5) LCD. As quick as I need a computer via the VGA port to connect a distinct red color on the whole HDMI ports.I get upgradedfirmware and have led to reset all settings tested, full, separate VGA port and the ongoing problem and also not able to solve it. The color is usually through VGA connection.And another problemI found that the 5 Series model, when the computer is plugged in and started using the TV screen is still black. The remote control is still blind you change the HDMI source.
